Dragger stood before the council of the Holy Ones. In front was Capsol. Off to the other sides were Lejen and Vigour.

"It has come to my attention that you request powers over light, or holy energy." Capsol said. His voice boomed through the area like he was speaking through several megaphones.

"Yes" Dragger answered back "I wish for said power. I will then have the complete set of every power discovered." Dragger was large and dragon like. He stood with the same statue that a god would.

Capsol thought for a moment then spoke to the others. "I hear you have powers of darkness."

"Yes"

"Well i cannot grant you our power." capsol said a little lower in volume.

Dragger, odviously mad, said, " Why is that?"

"You will be to powerful. As the lord of the Surface Layer, you only need your powers to protect. Not to show off in mighty attacks that could decimate everything." Vigour said finally speaking up.

"He's right you now." Lejen said. "Besides, chaos already made the mistake of granting you darkness. Light and dark are unique to the Heaven and Under Layers. You aren't supposed to have them at all."

Dragger gave Capsol a dark glare then spoke, "if i canot have the power...then i will destroy you, along with the rest of this layer, with the one I have." Dragger smirked as his wing unfolded frombehind him and he lifted off the ground. "If you do survive, I'll be sure you rip out you heart and stuff it down you lifeless throat!"

Vigour pounded on the table and stood up. "your letting the darkness get ahold of you. Now all you want is more power!!" Vigour jumped up on the table and brought out a whip. On the end of the whip was a large claw. "You'll stop now if you know what's good for you too."

"HAHAHA! You will all be destroyed in one fatal blast from the peak of you Layer." Dragger was now flying faster and still gaining speed. Vigour lashed out at him with the whip and it latched onto his ankle. " What the?! Get off of me you fool!" Dragger Twisted himself around at breakneck speed with vigour still attached. "Youll have to let geo eventually"

Vigour yelled and let go almost losing his arm in the process. The whip fell down to the ground soon after. "I'm going to grpund that punk for good this time." He said.

"Don't bother Vigour." capsol said suddenly. "He's only doomed himself"

Lejen looked at Capsol curiously."You know something don't you?"She asked. Capsol simply smiled and looked up at the small spec that was Dragger.

Dragger Was almost at the peak of the Layer. He could see the black abyss that lie beyond it. " Heh....What fools" he thought to himself. He blicked his eyes and they became black. Their normal color was gray.

He had made it to the peak of the Layer. He began charging a large black sphere of dark energy. It kept getting bigger and bigger. Before long it was bigger than Dragger himself. "This will teach them" he said to himself.

"No" said a low voice from behind "This will teach you." dragger turned around quickly and saw a tall dark figure floating there. He could focus on his features cause he was a little to far away. His hand started glowing red. That he could make out at least. before he knew it he was face to face with a huge comet. It came down like a raindrop with a jetpack. The commet smashed into Dragger pushing him back down past the Heaven layer. He could almost see the smirk on Capsol's face as he passed so quickly.

He cam upon the Surface layer and within seconds he was blasted into the ground in the middle of the park. All of the Suface cyberians were in panic as the comet smashed into the groud and exploded. A huge crater where the comet had hit revealed Dragger. He wasn't moving, but he wasn't dead. He was turned to stone.
