SEALEDS DIDN'T COME
sealed letters can take up to 10 business days to show up. please wait the full 10 business days to the hour before filling out a feedback form.
IT'S THE 15TH AND MY SEALEDS WON'T OPEN
the sealeds will open today, but only when the admins release them. when the official announcement is made and they change to thank you letters, you can open them.

tektek is a fan site, as is the gavsim. they do not use the same layering as gaia.
THIS FEATURE IS DISABLED WHAT DO I DO?
if a site feature says it's currently disabled, there isn't anything you can do. that means the admins took it down to work on it. it will come back when ever they finish what the have to do.
MY THREADS KEEP GETTING MOVED
read the forum stickies before you post so you know what is allowed in that forum. every forum has different rules. if you already see a thread about your topic in the first 2 pages, don't make a new thread.

clear your cache and restart your browser. if you still can't get in, try a new spot/ server. if it still won't let you in, try again later. too many people are trying to get on at that time.

items from towns must be manually saved to your inventory. click the backpack, click the robot, then click "yes".
MY SHIRT IS IN MY INVENTORY BUT NOT IN DRESS UP
the item is not for your avatar's gender. you can't wear it.
