The Admissions Committee has reviewed carefully your application for admission and accompanying credentials for the fall semester, 2007, under the Early Decision plan. We appreciate your interest and are very sorry that we will not be able to offer you admission to Syracuse University.

Students presented exceptionally impressive credentials this year. The Admissions Committee considers every aspect of a student's application: strength of curriculum and performance, standardized test scores, talent components, the personal statement, recommendations, record of good citizenship, involvement in extracurricular activities and community service, and unique personal qualities that each student would bring to our campus.

If you choose to enroll full time in another institution, you may reapply to Syracuse University as a transfer student. Transfer students find the transition enhanced by individual academic counseling and a receptive policy of credit transfer. We will be pleased to discuss this option with you.
