Chinese Barbecued Pork
Ingredients: 2 pounds pork butt well trimmed, 4 table spoon of sugar, 2 tablespoon of thin soy sauce, 2 table spoon of hoison sauce, 2 table spoon of black soy sauce, 2 table spoon of Shao hsing sauce, 2 table spoon of ground bean sauce, 2 teaspoons of sesame oil, 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper, and tablespoons of honey.
