I just wanna share one story that really strikes me:
i was in college and our professor gave us a suprise quiz. I answer all the question until i read the last question, "what is the name of the lady who cleans the room?". obviously it's something a kind of joke. i see the cleaning lady several times but i never thought of her name. Our class had ended and my other classmates asking our professorif it is included in the quiz grade. the professor said"in our careers we meet different people, people who is important even we just say "hello"
