WAKKA-WAKKA-WAKKA.
So, my initial goals are:
No weight:
Sit-Ups: 100.
Push-Ups: 50.
Kicks: 50 on both legs.
Punches: 100 on both arms.
Leg-Ups with 5-second rest: 50.
Then after that I'll get my weights, and try to get up to twice these without any weight, then add the weight and get back up to my initial goals. The weight would be something like:
Arms: 10 Lbs, each arm.
Legs: 15 lbs.
Vest: 30 Lbs, each leg.
Ultimately, my true goals would be much more insane:
Sit-Ups: 1000.
Push-Ups: 500.
Kicks: 500 on both legs.
Punches 1000, on both arms.
Leg-ups with 5-second rest: 200.
All with:
Vest: 80 Lbs.
Wrist: 30 lbs, each arm.
Legs: 50 lbs, each arm.
