Life:"Marching Band proverb: Play like Hell, don't sound like it!"
In band there are many things you learn, the foremost of these? There are Irony Gods, do not challenge them. Gussu is a clarinet player in the band, not a good one mind you and when saying she 'plays' is using the term loosely.... very loosely. The weather is persistent on imitating hell save on day we had a playing test and stayed inside. That day it was cool with a nice breeze and for once the cafeteria had water.
But don't think the Irony Gods preside only over marching band no no. They are a very involved entity.
