My trip to Paris, I mean.
Well, we (my parents and my brothers and I) took a bus to this one boat thing, went on said boat, road another bus to our hotel, etc...
The hotel was pretty kickass. It probably wasn't as fancy as any OTHER hotel is Paris, but PSHAW--we have low standards. Srsly. My brothers and I got a seperate room from our parents (which was creepy as hell), so we just lied there all day. D:
Oh, and took advantage of the French cuisine and ate at McDonald's. PFFT. 8DD
Next day: bus tour. I HATE ******** BUS TOURS. My dad is like, the epitome of "American tourist." HE WAS WEARING SUNGLASSES. AND HAD A BIGASS CAMERA. AND HAD SOME HAWAIIAN SHIRT ON. gonk We drove around and s**t (I got stung by a bee when we stopped by Notre Dame; HEH), then were dropped off somewhere. We walked around and crap.
Dude. We went to the BIGGEST freakin' Virgin Mobile Store (sells DVD's, CD's, etc). They have an assload here in England, but this one owned them--up the a**. Three floors.
To my sheer delight, they had a HUGGGGGGGGGGGGE wall of manga on the top floor. SERIOUSLY. SO MUCH MANGA! In French, though, but it was still kickass. They are SO ahead of America in the manga department. I mean, they're up to volume NINETEEN in Fruits Basket; THIRTY-TWO in Shaman King; TWENTY-SIX in Naruto; FOURBIGILLIONTRILLION in Dragonball. I wanted to choke a b***h.
And the anime selection so pwns America's, too. They have like, boxsets galore. Series that are just BEGINNING in Japan are already translated and on the shelves (xxxHOLIC, as an example). They had Advent Children, too, along with lotsa action figures for it; my dad was gonna get me a Cloud one, but my little brother was being bitchy about it and he ended up getting a little Sephiroth figure while I left empty-handed. Jerkass--I wanted to make Cloud say "WEEWEELOL" at least ONCE. ;3;
Nexy day: Disneyland Paris.
It was so ******** hot. The temperature, I mean. We went to Magic Kingdom, even thought we've been the the one in Orlando numerous times. :] Fun, though, but everyone got pretty bitchy after a bit, thanks to the heat. Rawr.
This was like, the coolest thing EVER.
Alice in Wonderland maze. <3 The bigass Chesire Cat head's eyes twirled around. xD
Next day: we left to go home.
AND, THUS, THOSE WERE CHIBISH'S ADVENTURES IN PARIS. =OOOO
EDIT;; Fuzzy's comment reminded me! xDDDD I forgot a lot of stuff; we saw the Tower, of course, and went to the Museum (captial letters--PSHAW!). The Mona Lisa was hella small. D: Srsly. I expected it to be HUGE, but it wasn't. Oh, and we also that that one statue with the lady without the arms (you know the one ;D). Lotsa statues with Greek men's hoo-haa's, too.
My dad: I feel sorry for them; their's are winky.
