Well for those of you that didn't know I am from New York City and no I don't live across the street from Time Square not every new yorker does, but infact I live in the bronx yes the boogie down (Yankees Baby xd ).When I say Inner city kids are screwed im talking about kids from mostly The bronx,Uptown mannhattan,parts of brooklyn and a few parts of queens.The reason why I say these few are because these are the more "Ghetto" parts,kids living in these areas are royaly screwed because a)they are expected to drop out after sophomore year b)are expected to get pregnant during their teen years c)they don't get the best education possible and d)when they go out of the city most get treated like trash.
Well I didn't drop out sophomore year as a matter of fact im going on to my junior year I even have a few extra credits so if I wanted I could slack off but im not,im not or ever have been pregnant,I know im not getting the best education but im getting as much as and as best as I can and yes I do get treated like complete crap when I go somewhere else.For example went I went to virginia a few years back I met some people that seemed cool to chill with well that was before they asked where I was from well I told them I was from The Bronx New York because as much as I hate the assholes here im still proud of where im from after that they treated me differently as if were trash and had no class.Now I see it as just ignorance if assholes wanna judge me based on where im from let them because they know nothing of who I truly am.Well this has been my though of the day laterz........
