okay my swim team had a parent metting this morning and this was the agenda and there is alot of it!
Coaching individuals
-excessive criticism from some coaches-comments not positive or encourging...this is talking about my brother and his girlfriend basiclly they are just pushing us sure they do yell alot and sometimes for no good reason in my mind but most of it is because no one listens and goofs off.
-LACK of my ... THERE SAYING MY BROTHER DOSENT HELP US WHEN WE NEED IT this morning my brother helped two people with there flip turns (when you come off the wall) and stuff
LACK of interaction okay basically the samething people complain alot about the samething... now this is there soultioun (remove chairs for coachs eliminate personal swimming time for coaches during practice) my brother did this and another coach with the little kids does this as well to INTERACTE with her swimmers were the other coach teachs is far from the lifeguards well pretty far and these kids are pretty little so what if one of them started drowing the coach could come and rescue them i think it helps the coach get better with there storkes to help us parents don't get it do they there idiots... well the new ones are. thats the first category so i wont do them all

uneven coach/to kid ratio there is about a 1/23 ratio to that well maybe the parents shouldn't sign up every kid who cant swim thinking there swim lessons THEY ARE NOT SWIM LESSONS! the other thing they talk about is so stupid i can't rant about it
-over emphasis on free style (crawl ya know the normal kick with the basic stroke=-/0 sorta looks like that but not sticks) but /this rotates back and forth) and not on other strokes FREE STYLE HELPS YOU IN ALL 4 STROKES! BACKSTROKE IS THAT UPSIDE DOWN! and my brother does give us coice people just decide i want to do freestyle thats there problem.
complaing about the same stuff just writtin werid. and the rest is idiotic but that is the end of my rant so there.
