Clearing your browser cache on IE and FireFox..
Why should you clear the cache? Your computer retains all info from sites you've been too, slowing it and your internet speed down. Also it helps to completely refresh everything you visit.
On IE, click Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies. Then Delete Files (all offline content). Then Clear History.
On FireFox, click Tools > Options > Privacy > Clear All
