I've decided to use my journal for this and hopefully Gaia sees nothing wrong with it. But uh...yeah, I like to recreate items from popular series, mostly weapons really. I love cosplaying for one, and therefore I need the proper props and accessories to go with these costumes, so says me to myself when I first found out about it. However...when I started to roam online for things, I was simply appalled by the prices that some of these people/companies are selling items for. I was like, "I can make one that looks just like that for around $20 bucks." And so, that's what I set out to do. My mission is this: make nice-looking props and accessories for $20 bucks or less. Now mind you, items don't come cheap these days, but when you really want something, you go looking for it. Imagine me as one of the American Pickers but only more nerdy. It also helps that my grandfather owns a shop where he never throws anything away...the most complex looking props can be made out of the most simplest materials. TRUST ME.
As of now, currently, I am not accepting commissions, not unless you're a really good friend of mine who wouldn't be mad at me if I screwed things up. Sometime in the future, I hope to become a lot better at what I do and possibly, eventually, earn some extra cash on the side by doing something I love and see as a hobby. I don't think I'm any different than someone who collects baseball cards, only I'd be like...the banker of Monopoly...I'd make it and keep it. Anyways...
