The former maintainer of the Hakurei border on the parallel world to Gensokyo, Wasurekyo, and former queen of wonderland, being betrayed and overthrwon by her youngest daughter Himiko Yakumo. Akachi is able to manipulate boundaries and the Wonderlnd miasma at will, but lately she's been losing control of both of them. Her oldest daughter, Yumei Yakumo, had organized a rebellion against her mother, freeing from Akachi's and Meimu's imprisionment on the Wonderland Palace, where Himiko now ruled. But due to Akachi unstability over her powers, the contamination and feelings, she left for the sake of her oldest daughter, whom still caes abou her, unknown by Akachi. As of now, she has been wandering without any direction around Gensokyo.
