Is Paralyzed, by Rock Kills Kid.

Catchy tune, nice lyrics, only slightly repetitive.

Anyway, I'm just genuinely ranting about everyday events, etc etc.

First of all, if all of you are my friends, which most of you are, be extra special nice to Roseheart13. a great friend and she can be one to you if you just let her try!

Also, if I found out you've been mean to her, I'll stab you in the hand with a very irate sombrero ( oh, bad and shameless plug for KoL )

SOOoo anyway..

I got bored and started to make my own little RP thing... the biggest problem I have is the combat system currently..

Life, I have worked out.. stats are basic to the attribute category from White Wolf ( Vampire: The Masquerade, Werewolf: The Apocalypse ) but lacking the Appearance section.. because having a ranking for appearance is flawed, causing much ado about how well you look and how sharp your clothes are... not on the politics or on the combat of the matter..

Well, here's the premise:

Heaven and Hell, both woke up one day, and came to the same conclusion that their respective pieces of the afterworld were full.. we mean full, with too many 'grays' as they called them. Grays were people who did mostly good and some bad, or vice versa. Not the people who originally supposed to go to Heaven or Hell.

After this conclusion was made, there needed to be a place where they could keep all the people who weren't proof. Limbo, or Purgatory, doesn't exist because there was no middle grounds before. So, they just did minor changes... like no death.

Once again, this puts a lot of people in very.. odd situations. more will be explained later.

UPDATE:

The two deities of heaven and hell, whatever you want to call them.. weren't exactly needing a God of Death anymore.. as there was no death. so, just like any corporation, they had to 'let him go'. Of course, complications arose from this little predicatment.. Death... being fired.. was not a good thing. Death got mad.. very mad; in fact, so mad that Death decided to exact revenge on the people who Heaven and Hell so wanted to be pure.

Death, when it originally took people, just killed their bodies. Leaving the souls to those who hired him. But, now that he was a vigilante.. he could destroy them entirely. He would appear occasionally, to a rather large group of people and remove them from this earth.

Such as Death's gate.. when that cult decided to kill themselves to 'ride the tailwinds of the comet to heaven'.. they were in fact removed entirely by Death. Other incidents include The boston Massacre, the genocide of the jews.. etc etc.

Now, with earth's little problem of revival... many people have become aware that they cannot die.. or at least, that they come back. In the news, there have been numerous coverups.. deaths occuring.. unexplained kidnappings... unidentified bodies.

The people behind this coverup are a specific branch of the government called 'The Governers'. They are the ones that kidnap those people who have died and come back. Not often are they found out but a few other factions are slowly knowing the truth behind the matter.

The Governers are a military branch which is trying to specialize in a new..form of warrior. One which can never die and be stronger, faster and more reliable than a normal human. so far the research is progressing slowly, even with the ones in captivity. Many seem to be getting weaker and losing more and more of their memory.

The other factions that have sprung up are the more rational people and also the more... religious, more radical people. The Undead Cult, whom they also call Zombee, is a more.. underground movement to save the people before the Governors have their chance to abduct them. More rational, but heavily underfunded, they are the ones that are trying to give these 'undead' people a chance at life again.

Other people, though, are praising God for the miracle of rebirth and these people are trying to restart the Crusades to conquer the Holy Land as well as the rest of the world under one 'god'. These people believe themselves touched by god out of sheer 'force of faith' because of the rebirth given by god. Many of these people are insane, fanaticism beyond the point of reason. They are the enemy of both groups.
