I've been thinking a lot about Disney princesses lately.
Well, more than usual.
In the past, I tried to pick Snow White as my favorite, but to be honest, I really like them all equally.
I guess I always considered her my favorite, because I can kind of relate to her somewhat.
We're both super-white, have black hair, and are German.
Come on, German girls gotta represent. :B
Plus, I always looked up to her simplistic personality. The only thing she really dreams for is finding love, which is kind of like the quintessential theme in princess stories.
I kind of feel bad that some of the characters most deserving (in my opinion) to be Disney princesses aren't really considered to be so.
Mulan and Pocohontas? BADASSES.
Idk, they'll always be princesses in my book.
I think now that I'm older, I can kind of appreciate Disney movies more because I understand them more fully.
Going to Disneyworld this summer was a much better experience than the time I went as a child, I think, just because I'm more mature now. And the fact that I enjoyed myself so much means that I haven't grown up yet!
