Kay taught me something. Instead of cutting yourself, which leaves marks, you hold your hands under burning hot water until you can't stand it anymore. It doesn't leave marks. I might do that next. I've done it before, and it feels good too.

You can still burn yourself, which does leave marks. :/

It didn't hurt all that bad. And my hand's just a little red now. No marks.
