Whereabouts In The Kitsune Village:
Kekkai Genkai: Chronus~ The Fuma clan possesses the innate ability to manipulate time in small short fashions. However this Kekkai Genkai is extremely limited. As in those who can use it can only see into the future at max four minutes, create time distortions that are visible to the naked eye by even the most untrained person. They usually appear a golden color and either in the shape of an orb or a blade. Lastly any Fuma who can use this ability can only use it on area's that are visible to them. I.E. meaning they can not stop time, or use any sort of distortion on anything behind them that isn't visible to their own eyes.
Considering the Fuma Clan specializes in long range weapons, mixed with tight hand to hand combat this Kekkai Genkai is perfect. Sadly only a handful of Fuma can use it, because of how much stress it causes on the body of the caster even less have been able to survive using it. Kotaro is one of them.

Bio:The Fuma clan has always been rather docile when it came to the village they live in. They not once acted out against the ruler of the lands however rumors had spread about them doing so. In time Kotaro took on a vary dangerous mission to prove his loyalty. There was in truth a secret to why he took this mission: Kotaro has always wanted to be better than Hanzo Hattori and by completing this task he figured he would surpass him.
After this the clan began to flurish more and their Kekkai Genkai started to stand out more. Descention within the ranks happened and a great deal of their clan was destroyed because it imploded on itself. Now Kotaro and Fenrir Fuma are the only two left that can use the Kekkai Genkai even though Kotaro is training others Fenrir is too care free to worry about such things. The Fuma clan is now rebuilding itself.
