IN GAIA: Despite my goals in the previous entry, I have spent all the gold I have in pocket. My current outfit, with its alpaca hair, Kinky face, and Mister Rufus attire, is worth a little more than half a million gold: a new personal best for me. I've decided that, prior to making any investments, I can achieve expensive items very well by playing Booty Grab (I've made somewhere around 300k with it this week.) Of course, I have 1001 Gaia cash, which I plan to use in an emergency (i.e., when I'm too lazy to play Booty Grab), and three Super Prizes to hold onto until their worth skyrockets.

IN REAL LIFE: Today is my first day after the surgery. I've had a hernia since sometime late in the summer, but didn't get the chance to have it fixed until after the semester was over. That chance was yesterday. Though I was admitted at 6:45 in the morning, and the procedure went very well, I had to spend some four-or-so hours in the recovery room because the anesthesia made me unusually nauseous. On returning home, I feel very sore, and spend my time lying down, if possible. I'm trying my best not to put excess strain on it (the doctor made two small incisions on my stomach that seem ready to burst), so the next few days aren't going to be great.

...Well, they wouldn't be, if tomorrow wasn't Bowie's birthday.
