where was i? oh...even after just one entry i'm already beginning to feel better...it's a sort of therapy that i'm enjoying...especially since i can't stand physically writing, anyways on to rant

The Urban dictionary definition of a best friend include
definition # 1 : "Best Friends are very special people in your life. They are the first people you think about when you make plans. They are the first people you go to when you need someone to talk to. You will phone them up just to talk about nothing, or the most important things in your life. When you’re sad they will try their hardest to cheer you up. They give the best hugs in the world! They are the shoulder to cry on, because you know that they truly care about you. In most cases they would take a bullet for you, coz it would be too painful to watch you get hurt. "
now i understand where the author of this came up with this...and i entirely agree, my bestfriendS in life are the people i talk to most...they're my shoulder to cry on...they're who i go to most...But i think there's more to it than that.

A person who you know very well, and not just them but their family as well, most likely someone you grew up with.People you care about regardless of what stupid s**t they do. People that are honest and TRUE. People you are so close with you have "inside" secrets with or code words. People that you can just look at a certain way and they KNOW EXACTLY what your talking about "
the thing that stood out to me most in this definition was the part about growing up...and quite frankly...the main reason i'm posting about this was because one of my older best friends because almost...well offended to hear that i had more than one best friend, this to me i thought was most odd. I mean no disrepect when i say this becuase well frankly that was how i was raised...learn to love many, and keep those most special close to your heart...
And such i what i've done...i have 4 best friends..all of which fit those definitions...it doesn't matter to me how long i've known them, what matters is the impact they've made on my life...how profoundly they've shaped who i am and who i will become...
Sarah, i've known her the longest of all my best friends..that's not to say that she's the "best" best friend. and it's not to say that she isn't either! i love her with all my heart i truly do...we weren't truly close up until highschool. I was going through a rough patch in my life and didn't know how to quote "deal" she truly has brough god into my life and has kept on the the straight wink she and i have a special bond that is unlike any other...that's what best friends are. She and i have always shared everything with each other, and i wouldn't have it any other way.
Krisite another amazing bestfriend of mine. whom of which i hope reads this journal and understands why i feel the need to write it, apologies if this makes u upset in anyway shape or form...because that is not the intention of this journal...this journal is meant for me to write my most private thoughts a feelings...and i hope that you desire to share them with me....anywho i've known her also for almost my entire life..12 years to date. it's amazing all the triumphs and tribulations she and i have gone through...much like sarah and i we share a special bond. we're silly we're loud and that's what we've always been..we have the best of times despite our differences we understand eachother in a way that alot of people would not and i would not change our friendship for anything.
Seham Met in 7th grade science class, she and i werent entirely close untill 10th grade biology. at first it was just a familiar face..as time has gone on i've found yet another bestfriend! she's def. my party go-to always urging me to put myself out there...i've never been the most confident in life and she's helped me from my shell.
Brenna Last but not least, some say that sisters are the best kind of best friends, and i entirely agree...we don't always get along....but what family members do? we're all human and we don't always agree with eachother's decisions...despite this we've always managed to be as close as possible, i love her so very much and i don't know what i would do with myself if i even lost her as friend. heart
well this wasn't quite as much of a rant as i thought it was going to be. it ended up being more of a statement more than anything...and i've you've actually read this entire thing then congrats!! **gives cookie** enjoy!!! heart
