“Steven, why did you try to take your life?” I said nothing. The angel was now floating around, looking at the good doctor’s office. The office was painted s**t brown. There were a couple of bookshelves, a painting, a couch, and then there was his same as s**t color desk. “Ok, why don’t you tell me about your childhood?” Again, I said nothing. “Would you like to tell me about your life?” It seemed he was trying very desperately to piece together an idea of what type of person I am. “Do you have family that live near by?” He kept asking stupid questions that you would ask a child. I never did answer any questions that day. It looked liked he knew I wasn’t going to talk. He got two men to take me back to my room.

Alone with the angel. I tried to ask it some more question. “Angel, why is it that I can see these things, but no one else can?” She still didn’t answer me. “I see. You don’t know anything do you. Just some annoying a** mother ********, sent to piss me the hell off.” She didn’t say anything. She just left the room. Now, I was alone. The solitude was nice for a change.

Sunrise. Nurse April decided to pay me another visit. Staring at the padded ceiling is only amusing for so long. It was nice to have someone to talk to. “Hello Steven. It has been awhile. What do you think of the doctor?” The question that popped in my mind was what she thought about the doctor. I didn’t care enough to ask though. “I think he was raised well, went to a good ivy league college, and works here to try and ‘help’ people.” She giggled. What the hell was so funny? “You know Steve, Mind if I call you Steve? Your almost dead on about the doctor. I myself worked hard to get where I am today. I didn’t have the luxury of a rich family.” What the ******** was up with this lady? “April, I don’t care about you. I don’t care about the doctor. I just want to get out of
