SOCIAL LINKS
Damon: Grace believes that the Greek is loud, obnoxious, and goofy, the kind of person she has never been exposed to. She is surprised to realize she enjoys his company. Their relationship is an odd one, probably having to do with her social ineptitude, but they have shared a love of switching clothes, including uniforms once during school. He is probably the only one she would open up to fully if pressed.

Eric: Amused by what to her is borderline stupidity Grace sees Eric as more of entertainment than as a friend. If she knew anything about his home life she might feel a little closer to him, having been abused psychologically by her own stepfamily.

Akiko: Aki is the only other person who can relate to Grace when it comes to stabbing things and fighting. Grace's history as a struggling ganger in New York makes it surreal for her to be friends with an Asian, especially considering that her friend Éirinn had been shot by a member of a rival Chinese gang. Grace understands, however, that she shouldn't lump Aki (who is neither a gang member nor Chinese) in with her memories of past fights.

Kaleb: Just because he lets her live in his apartment doesn't mean Grace and Kaleb actually have contact. She respects him for letting a girl he only knew for a few days into his home, and they share a common unkindness towards most people. He's blunt and rude, she's blunt and rude, and neither gets in the other's way. If either cared to try, they might actually be good friends.

Mags: As orphans she and Grace could share a bond, but Mags will probably never forgive her for pulling a gun on the nuns of the orphanage. Grace wouldn't mind being friends with her, but the eerie parallels Grace finds between Mags and her deceased friend Éirinn make it hard for the Irish girl to open up. Embarrassed by her outburst and attempted murder of Mags in her coma, Grace hopes that Mags never learns of it because she fears Mags simply wouldn't understand.

Stefan: Like Mags Grace might share a bond with Stefan because of their being orphans, but she doubts he will ever forgive her for almost killing his best friend/sister/girlfriend. If he were ever to bring it up, she would probably cough and mumble her apologies again. Grace will not try and befriend him again, even though they both might become good friends, because she worries about jeopardizing her friendship with the others.
