"Not when you know his weakness," Alachia replied. "Flash a little fin and all water gods go weak at the knees, or knee equivalent."

"Some of us lack finny appendages," n** said, having entered the house as Alachia was explaining a water god's weakpoint. "So how would we make up for that?"

Staring at n** for a moment like she did not recognize the vampire, Alachia exclaimed, "Oh! Right! Blank Eyes Silent Voice here will create an illusion to make the three of you look like me."

"She will?" n** and Nissa asked. [1]

< I will? > Flan asked. < Wait, I'm the one who gives nicknames! >

"And how exactly is she supposed to pull said illusion off?" Nissa asked.

"Flannery O'Bowie is quite more tha' meets th' eye," Alachia replied.

With n** and Nerissa staring at her, Flan asked quite calmly, < Alright, Flipper. Who is it that we're going to kill? >

"Poseidon!" Alachia replied brightly.

< No, > Flan said, turning and walking away.

"What?" Alachia asked, looking at Flan with her head tilted to the side.

< Poseidon lives in the ocean, > Flan said, stopping with her back to the others. < Diving is completely different than swimming. You breathe underwater. Mrs. Roboto, and I'm pretty sure Mosquito too, doesn't even breathe. >

"What are you saying?" Alachia asked, confused.

"She's not dual natured," n** said. "She's worried about drowning...which my kids may have drown already if its Poseidon we're after."

"Your kids are safe," Alachia said. "Poseidon wants me so he's put everyone in stasis. That, and the inside of the temple is filled with air, not water."

"Like in the tournament," [2] n** murmured, looking off to the side. Looking back at Alachia, she said, "Wants you for what?"

"Where do you think the phrase 'chasing tail' came from?" Alachia asked sarcastically. Looking back at Flan, Alachia said, "Okay. So I'll lip lock with you until we reach Poseidon's temple."
