*Another random one-shot, I guess. I wrote this on the car ride to the cruise (16 hour drive) on a piece of paper. I hope you enjoy it.*
Selena, accused to have killed one of her former partners? Unheard of. Impossible. Then they just had to pull out that last case file they worked on. That had pushed her over the edge. No one knew but Gregg, now dead, what really happened. They were able to leave it out of the report. Leo noticed the look on her face and sent her down to Dr. Mallard's office downstairs. She had never told anyone she had watched her best friend, practically her sister, die in front of her, and she wanted to keep it that way. But now, it looked like that wasn't going to happen.
By the time Selena had gotten to Dr. Mallard's office, tears were already threatening to burst out. He sent his assistant away as soon as he saw her. He motioned for her to come over to where he was standing. She burried her face in his shoulder. As soon as she was in his arms, those tears threatening earlier began to spill out. Dr. Mallard did all he could to comfort the girl as she sobbed.
