Men Torture and Cut Up Puppy Men tortured and cut up a seven month old puppy and recorded the whole thing. The maximum they can face is a measly two years and a $75,000 fine. It's not nearly enough. But even so, no one charged with animal cruelty ever gets the maximum sentence. Please visit http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=36602960671 and sign the petition for the maximum sentence in this case. If nothing else, it will raise awareness.
