The fading scent of a flower,
the warm gentle breeze,
the babbling brooks laughing,
The stars shooting across the heavens,
cannot compare to your smile.
The giggles of a baby,
puppy kisses on the nose,
having ice cream with papa,
cannot compare to your touch.
The sun setting over the mountain,
the clouds rolling away and again,
the sky purple and hazy,
cannot compare to your touch.
Photographs with time standing still,
thoughts overwhelming my head,
words flowing like water,
cannot compare to my desire for you.
