Hellsing requium.
This journal will describe my thoughts each day, despite how disturbing how they might be, the one place I may be honest to myself.
December 05, 2008 exerpt from my Journal in real life.
Death is the subject for today. I've always wanted to elaborate on it, it's a very thought provoking subject. Religion's often try to add it into their fantasies in their own little way, but I've already said that I think that most religions are excuses, and a way to express a person's desire to be different. And that's perfectly normal until it comes to discrimination, "Whatever floats your boat as long as it doesn't sink mine." Back to death. The question isn't if you're going to die. (Which brings up a subject that I'll talk about later) But also, who cares? And how doesn't really matter. But what happens post-mortal suffrage? It is true, in the case of redundancy, nobody's going to come back and tell you. Of course reincarnation is possible. But what would reincarnate you? Certainly no higher power is going to waist their time recreating every living thing that has died, as it happens every few seconds. I also wonder how long this would take. And is our time scale different than his/theirs/hers? They created it after all so who knows? I'm not sure it's believable, the population is rising, and if everything is recreated, where are all these, "Souls," coming from? Animals possible, but I'm not going there.
How about all this Heaven and Hell nonsense? It seems to be one of the most popular ideas out there. Is there some of huge city in the sky for all the good hearted out there? The common conception is that Heaven is up in the heavens, seeing the root of the word. If so, how come nobody has found it? Could it be invisible? But there have been many expeditions in and above the clouds. We should have bumped into it by now. Could it be subconscious? I'm too tired to keep writing for now. I'll pick up on the subject later.
As for heaven being subconscious.. How might this be possible? If it's in your head, how does everyone else end up there? Of course there might be some incredible realism that I might not be able to conceive, but... Let's just stay in a possible boundary. Well, maybe heaven could be transparent, and ghostlike. It seems pretty feasible to the mind. There could be some advanced technology doing this. Or a little of the good old Holy magic.
Moving on to the whole 20 virgins crap. Now, this is just ridiculous. Where would Mr. Allah get these 20 women for you? The other dead women? But. They're most likely not virgins... Does he just create them for you? That ruins the whole concept of universal balance. (As stated in a past journal entry) Which goes back to why reincarnation isn't possible.. But, that could reach second place. So far anyway. But really. No God would be stupid enough to send his loyal subjects to their deaths just so he could reward them sexually in his homeland. Unless he's senile, or an a** face, and just about every religion I've seen thinks about their up-most figure as a perfect one, being idiot shatters your vision of being perfect.. Oh and yes.. This whole paragraph was about slathering the Muslim idea of Heaven, sorry guys, I do believe you have some valuable concepts, but this just isn't one of them.
I guess that's all I'm going to write for today, maybe I'll go over this later.

In the Name of God impure souls of the living dead shall be banished into eternal damnation. Amen.

I can tell...you're not afraid of death. Frankly, I admire that. And of course, death is coming whether we all like it or not (I'm Christian, but that not the point here). Frankly, in my opinion, I don't think reincarnation is possible. Who is to say that you were somebody in the past life? Frankly, you could've been a rock. The Hindus and other religions that believe in that, didn't specify what you could be except that if you were really bad in a past life, you could be an animal or some other form of behaviour, depending upon your "karma." I believe karma's there, but not to a point that it decides who you are in the next life. You can't just be created, and then re-created, and re-created again. That's just...a waste of time. Like you said, there is probably not a heavenly being who would take all of that time out to make then re-make, then re-make. It might be suggesting that this/these "gods" (who keep in mind are considered sacred, holy, and perfect) are not all that "perfect."

As for Heaven and Hell (which my religion believes in), just giving a basic synopsis. It's not exactly just for good-hearted people. It's actually judging upon the fact that if you believe in Jesus Christ and commit your life to him saying that He is Lord over your life. You are admitted into Heaven. Take for example, while Jesus was dying on the cross. There were two theives beside him. Both had done terrible things. In fact they broke 2 of the Commandments (Thou shalt not steal; thou shalt not kill). One had asked Jesus that if he was the son of God, to have mercy upon him. Jesus told him (in mid-suffocation might i remind you) that if you just admit and believe with your heart that He is the Son of God, then he'll join him in heaven. His last words being "Remember me, in paradise." That theif truly believed. Whereas, the other thief didn't believe and mocked the good thief (what an oxymoron X3) and the Jesus. Jesus told him, that he didn't have to remember him, because he would already be up there with him. Still keep in mind that he was a thief, yet, he made it up to heaven.

Heaven is not visible to the human eye. You can't mix scientific solutions into religious belief. You should NEVER mix those two together (as well as politics; but that's a different story). It was ONLY meant to be seen in the afterlife. Our eyes, as humans, are too impure to see such sacred works. That's why we can never see, but by faith, we believe that after we die, we will see it. Thus bringing up the point of "walking by faith, not by sight." Not everything on earth can be scientifically explained.

I respect, but I do not believe the Muslim religion. The 20 virgins...um..lol wow. And technically from what I hear they only said 20 virgins. Who ever said they would be women...lol they could b men or hey... maybe a mixture. Who knows? I'm not an expert but I'm just letting you know what I know about that (which is basically nothing). Just thoughts. I want feedback silleh. Interesting entry.
