Helpful Ways to Get More Gold: *Post as much as you can. Your gold will be great at first, but as you post more...your gold will slowly decrease.
*Take the polls in the Chatterbox.
*Write in your journal. It doesn't have to be cheesy...even a simple bump will get you 40 gold!
*Comment yourself and other users. A great way to get gold! You will usually recieve between 10-15 gold for about the first 5 comments!
*Play the jigsaw puzzel on easy. A quick and easy way to get gold.
*Rate and comment people in the area.
*Check your inventory for doubles of items. Sell the doubles in the marketplace!
*Play Word Bump! You get gold for playing plus you can get Bachelor's Credits which you can sell in the marketplace!
*Either sell your tokens from the card game or play the card game and sell your tickets for even more gold!

I just discovered something new while playing jigsaw. :/
Well, we all know how maximizing the amount of gold in jigsaw usually means doing it in the least amount of time and also the least amount of clicks possible, right? Well, I found something else, too - you know how if you get a couple-three pieces close and they just kind of "snap" together? That's bad, and lowers the amount of gold you get. I found that trying to be as precise as possible when putting the pieces together works the best, and will generally net you 10 more gold per puzzle.
I wish Gaia would take out that crappy phrase on the selection screen "Earn gold with every puzzle you solve!" my butt. After I play about 8 puzzles (give or take 1 either way), my gold drops to a big, fat 0.

Also, I found that you get more gold by going and commenting on lots of different posts, as opposed to constantly commenting on the same one. *shrug*

I found out another thing. Especially when posting repeatedly (this thread made for a great test of my theory!
wink ), if you hit the post button, type in your amount, and then minimize the window and zoom around and do something else on the site for a couple minutes, then bring the window back up and hit 'post', you will get more gold. Maybe it assumes you're taking the time to post something intelligent or something?
