This is a story I wrote, this is a bit like.. a child's story, but good enough to read. If you do read (If you know how), then please comment.

The Neglected Dog

Sundays, very beautiful. Play in the outdoors not caring about anything. But there's

this little dog named Dash. He too, didn't care about anything. If he did, he'd only care

about something really stupid like, "GEORGE BUSH'S A WORM?!" Something like that.

"What's the matter dash? You've been sad the whole Saturday!" Dash's owner asked.

"Well, it seems that you don't care enough for me." Dash complained. "I think I need a walk."

As he walked away sadly. "Well, if you don't want to talk to me, fine!" His owner exclaimed as

he slammed the door.

Dash was very sad, you see. On his days as a baby dog, he had so much fun. But now, it

seems to have faded away. His owner didn't know the reason since he was too busy playing games

and doing his dailies. But today, he decided something. "I'm running away." he said gravely,

taking a scarf and leaving home for good.

As he left, he took a diary with him, his own diary. Full of pictures of his owner. He

has kept this diary ever since childhood, and it was his only friend. Today, he wrote this:

"Dear Diary:

Today is the first time I'm gonna run away, and I hope It will be the last. I have

decided to leave my family for good, for they didn't care for me. They would only care for

themselves and not for me. It's not fair! So this is my final silent word to my family, Good

Bye, forever."

As he closed his diary, the page ripped off and fell on his ex-owner's doorstep. No

one heard him leave, no one cared.

On his second day of freedom, he had to live in the dark alleys of the city. "This is

worse than my life with my family!" He cried. He slept on the cold ground. He felt sadder than

before. Sadder than ever. "Well, let's look at the bright side, shall we? I'm finally away

from my uncaring family, and I'm free! Yeah, yeah, life is good." He said trying to comfort

himself.

On his owner's side, he has read Dash's diary entry already. "What have I done?" He

asked himself, ashamed. "I must find Dash! Fly, my hawk! Let's find Dash!" "It was your fault,

do it yourself." Uncaring Fly said. "I don't care about my brother. He got into this mess,

you're the reason, you find him." He added. "You're right, I must find Dash myself!" The owner

said speeding off the door.

Now, back on Dash's side. It's been a week since we checked on him, he's starving, he

didn't eat, nor drink for days! Not because he didn't want to, because he didn't have

anything. He's still on his dark alley, alone. Until a flash of light came, it was his owner!

"Dash! There you are! I've been looking all over for you!" His owner shouted. "You're here! Oh

thank you, and I'm sorry I ran away, I was feeling neglected so I left." Dash said. "Well,

I'm sorry too, I was a little bit neglectful too, well, want me to make it up for you?" The

owner offered. "No, this is enough for me, I've learned that I shouldn't think of only myself,

I should think of others, and all of it will come back to me." He said, now with a smile.
