Pixie Dust - she can't fight - AT ALL - but she does have her dust that she can use defensively [blurs vision, sleeping powder, confuses, etc] to buy her time to get away [usually by flying].
The pixie dust is created from certain flowers and takes a bit to conjure.
She has to first collect the flowers to grind into dust, then, in a ritual that takes about 4 hours, asks the pixie spirits of the forest to bless the dust with pixie magic.
[is that too complicated? i just made it up, so if anyone wants to help me with that...i'd luff yew]

she can fly, make pixie dust, talk to animals/bugs.
General Outlook On Life:
She's INCREDIBLY happy. Bright eyed and constantly cheerful.
Always wants to help - even when she can't.

Strengths:
She's the ultimate optimist. She can always find the good in any situation.
She can fly very fast.
Weaknesses:
She has no fighting skills and no armor.
Appearance:
She's 4 inches high and glows greenish/yellow during the day and a blue/purple at night.
Her hair changes colors depending on her mood. It is almost always a bright, sunny yellow. Along with the color changing, hte texture also changes. When it is yellow [she is happy] it radiates and sparkles. When she is angry it turns red and flickers like fire. Her sadness displays a greyish-blue and becomes like a thick fog.
Her eyes match her hair and are usually a bright yellow. [The texture of her eyes are normal, and doesn't change, just the color]
She has wings on her back that are translucent but often look green/yellow during the day and blue/purple at night.
Her skin is soft and gives off the yellow/green glow during the day and the blue/purple glow at night.
She wears a green bodice as clothing and a brown satchel with a long loop that she hangs across her chest. She keeps pouches of her pixie dust in the satchel along with a few flowers and other interesting rocks, baubles and small knickknacks she finds.

Here are some of my WIPs of her different moods:
History:
Lilli lives by herself in the forest. She was born from a flower [as all pixies are]. She is friends with a few other pixies, but doesn't see them too often, which is normal. Her best friend is a gnat she lovingly calls Skit.
She spends her days drinking nectar from flowers, eating berries, other fruits, and mushrooms [her favorite] and playing with animals and insects. She understands and speaks to them [as all pixies can] and loves them. This is how she learns of news throughout the forest.

There is a part of the forest that every pixie knows about. It is the largest concentration of pixies anywhere. It is hidden by pixie magic and only pixies know where it is/how to find it.
The pixie queen and king rule there.
Most pixies choose to live alone in the forest, but some choose to live in pixie town [not sure if i'm allowed to come up with the name of their town or not, if so, then its Illiandre - pronounced ill-ee-ahn-dray - accent on the 'ahn'].
Its like a safe haven for pixies and normally no other races/species are allowed in - only in rare occasions and ONLY if another pixie requests it.
The threat of black magic wizards and beings rising from the forest scares the pixies though, as black magic can unveil where Illiandre is.
But, Lilli never worries, and thinks everything will be ok ^_^
