the story behind this poem is i was just thinking (in the class from hell) about a pic i wanted to draw which i tried to but it came out so bad i just gave up on it. but i got this poem out of it. its (shippuden) neka POV. shes thinking about sasuke and how much she misses him and how ever since he left it feels like shes all numb inside enjoy ^_^
~cling to the memories~
i wont let you go
i need you more than you will ever know
ever since you left i havent been able to feel a thing
not the warm sun or a cold wintry sting
i cling to the memories you and i made
but the tighter i cling the faster they fade
they fade silently like a dream
i see you smile then its ripped at the seam
when i watched you leave dark clouds covered my sun
everywhere i look everything is bleak no happiness no fun
i cried for a while hoping it might help
but every tear i cried made me feel worse than i've ever felt
my friends talk me trying to get me to smile just tiny bit
but even asking me if i want to help kill Rose will get me to smile
......no way not this white tiger kit
i feel so alone without you all i feel is cold
i haven't smiled in months or so ive been told
people ask me i should smile they tell me i should
but every time i hear that i just look at the gate where you once stood
i thought you loved me i really thought you cared
i thought you belived in all the memories we shared
some tell me "give up" "he's never coming back"
i tell them "******** off! what do you know you ******** load of crap"
i'll always belive you love me
no matter what anyone will say
i'll trust me heart untill that blissful day
i'll cling to the memories untill i see you standing at the gate
smiling at me your ink black eyes shining with love not hate
until then i bury my heart and my soul
