Guardians of Valorin's Plot
Long ago, when the world was young, great forces of both evil and good balanced each other out and it stayed like that for many years to come. But out of this peaceful co-existence a mighty god rose and started to ravage the lands. He was known as the God of Destruction, or better known by the name Perses. He destroyed everything that crossed his path and relished on the destruction he caused. No one seemed to be able to stop him. Expect the the guardians of the world. Each guardian controlled an element. One of the guardians, was his youngest son, who was the guardian of darkness.
The guardians gathered and moved forward planning to put an end to Perses. But they didn't get far, when Perses decided to seal his own son in a crystal prison. With the guardian of darkness gone, the other guardians fell fast and quick. Perses enjoyed it all, and loved it when the guardians fell by his hands. From there he moved on to greater and better things, literally taking over the vast world of Valorin.
Centuries have passed by, and finally the new generation of guardians have arose. But they are still missing one, the guardian of darkness. Two friends were exploring through a vast cave, when they fell, landing in a secret cavern. In there they spotted the crystal prison and knew that they had to break it. One by one, they searched through the underground caverns, before stumbling onto a sword. One of them who is known as the guardian of fire, pulled out the sword, while his friend, the guardian of wind backed the guardian of fire back. They heard the cracking of crystal, and raced back to the previous room, where the crystal prison was located.
When they arrived back at the room, they saw the crystal prison shudder and break, releasing the guardian of darkness. He thanked them and from there they gathered the other guardians that were spread out all over. One, by one the guardians were found and brought together. Once together they set out on a quest to put an end to Perses' s reign and bring peace back to Valorin. But the question is can they do it, when Perses sends minions to stop them and re-seal the guardian of darkness? Only you decide.
