Erenina Chronicles's Plot
Legends talk about a gateway that is located in the farthest, reaches of the world Erenina. This gateway is the key to the shadow realm, where dark races of all sorts live and thrive. Both worlds live beside each other co-existing in seemly peace. But sadly that doesn't last for long. The leader of the shadow realm got power hungry and wanted to rule both worlds. So he gathered a massive group of men, as well as spell-casters and dark priests. With their help, he opened the gateway dividing both worlds, tearing it apart. With the gateway now open, dark forces swarmed from the hellish portal and wreaked hovac on the world of Erenina.
Races of all kinds fled, since they wanted to survive another day. But of course a number of the creatures formed an army to combat the dark races, enlisting in a massive war, with both sides fighting each other. But there was too many and the creatures had to retreat to milk their wounds. The leader was pleased and quickly took control of Erenina, putting the world in fear and darkness. He reigned supreme and nothing could stop him.
Now five hundred years later, the old leader has perished from unknown causes, but his cold-hearted son, has taken over. But an uprising is slowly beginning to rise. The creatures of good heard of a prophecy which would allow them to win back their lands and world from the darkness. All that needed to be found was the chosen one, who could control chaos to the child's desire. The savior to them was known as light-bringer or lightshade. But none the less, they knew that there was someone out there that could bring them back into the light. It was only a matter of time, before that happened.
But alas nothing seems to go right, not without the pestering leader, who found out about the prophecy. He was furious and sent men out to search for the child and bring the child to him. Where he would end the prophecy once and for all and then the gateway will remain open. He would be able to continue to rule and Erenina would remain in the darkness. Challenges await those on the chosen one sides as well as the chosen one himself, as they ventures forth. Heading to the gateway of the shadow realm and closing it once and for all. Than the army would be able to take care of the leader and bring Erenina back into the light.
Erenina Chronicles: The Second Path
Everyone has made their way out of the destroyed Meltokio. They are traveling through the lands to save those that have been captured and taken to Sybak. But Tydomanus has been busy, he has managed to turn every town against Axel and his small group. Although there are a few towns that have remained loyal or neutral to the growing conflict. But those are very few. Despair ends up confronting the small group, but they keep going to save their captured comrades.
Axel has kept a dark secret from everyone in his group and it doesn't include his past, but something entirely different. He slowly begins to lean more so to the darker side of chaos power. But that is where ying and yang come to place. Another chosen one has risen and this one is female. She is the complete opposite of Axel and her chaos power leans more towards the light. This follows the concept of ying and yang. During their travels they found out how to fully close the gate. To fully close it the two chaos powers must balance each other out. They begin to search for the second chosen one, who is said to be drawing even closer. When they find her, they would be able to venture towards the gate and manage to close it once and for all. But like everything else in this world, nothing is ever that easy.
