Tears On My Pillow

the nights go by so slowly
each minute seperated by eternity
and each minute away from you
is an enternity in hell
but even in your arms i miss you
and i la awake wondering
when we'll get to spend the time we long for
together

but it never happens
and i become depressed
crying tears on my pillow
waiting for you

it's morning now and i'm sleepin
beside you
i finally found peace in the fire
my life has been cut off
and you are gone now
earning passage into the world
while i lay here asleep silently screaming
come home

protect me from these land mines
