His reasons for joining the Akatsuki is unknown. A new powerful enemy that deals with extreme speed and time. No one knows his past but him, everyone else that knew are dead. No files on Time but 1 file, stating that he's an S-Class wanted Criminal. Time is powerful enough to work by himself and everyone in the Akatsuki usually reports the problems to him.
