No one knows Shell that much but most say he was found helping out Sniper308 kill Kai or the 1st Hokage. Specialized in Genjutsu and Ninjutsu he also has a Keki Genki ability called "Pertification at touch" which speaks for itself. His eyes turn different, some say he his eyes looks like Byakagan with a giant X in the middle. The ability is that he touches anything or anyone and they turned to stone.
He later killed his whole family, friends, and anyone who stand against him. Later joined the Akatsuki after Deidara had died. And is now teamed up with Snipe. His reasons joining the Akatsuki are still unknown. He wants to avoid fights when he doesnt feel like fighting and kills them instantly if he has to fight.
