Its christmas time and those of you familiar with the tradition know that you hang lights and trees and wait for a man who flies a sleigh driven by deer meat delievers presents. What you don't know is the absolute horror that comes with the ordeal. I'm talking about the one, two maybe even three days you have to hang up and make sure all that s**t works. Yes my house was abuzz with the 'get ready for christmas clean'. Which is followed with the hanging the christmas lights. If I had the temperment I would hang myself with those damn lights and see if that is festive enough for my mom. We spent all damn day cleaning up and moving things so to get ready to put up a pre-lit tree, we then had to fish out all sorts of lights and decorations from the horrible singing santa to the christmas clock that sings christmas songs on the hour every hour all month long! To top it off on the first day it was just getting it out the second was the hanging, putting lights up and hanging ornaments on a tree while all the while christmas music thunders though the house making me want to stab my ear drums out with a candy cane rather then hear Ben ******** Crosbey wail silent night over and over in his horrible monotone. Thank god I had my Ipod charged and I counted it with the most deadly of death metal songs to keep me sane during the christmas endurance trail. If you think this is bad, then wait till you have to take down the horrible stuff.
