So this Sunday, I will be 20 years old. You know...I realize that a lot has changed, even from so close as just five years ago. Five years ago, my group of friends was completely different, the Harem was just starting to meet each other, and Nao and I weren't even close to being friends. Mom was still sane and living at home.

Mostly...I just can't get over my group of friends ordeal. Back then, it was Ashley, Sarah and Vanessa (Gachan, you don't count; you're pretty much family). I really trusted them, you know? They were supposed to be my closest and best friends. I mean...we did everything together.

That fell apart but now I have everyone else to replace them and that bond with all of them is stronger and better than it ever was with Ashley and them. But...well, I always wondered what happened to them. I ended up finding my answer by accidentally stumbling onto Sarah's blog on Myspace. And...it's sad that none of them grew up.

Sarah was the youngest of our group...she was three years younger than I was, so she's 17 now. I just remembered how spoiled she was. I don't say this in a vindictive way, I'm completely serious. She was...well, is still, the person that constantly complains about how horrible and hard her life is when (I can tell you first hand) it's not. Even now, she's still complaining of the things she doesn't have (currently, from her blogs, she's wanting one of the new Mitsubishis with a whole bunch of added on extras and another horse)

Ashley...really I didn't have much of a problem with her, except when she felt fit to try and tell me how to live my life. Out of all the people I've seen, the person she became is worse.

Vanessa...I can't stand her. She's entirely too full of herself and expects everyone to do everything for her. That's what ended our friendship.

So...yeah...I'm glad I don't have them anymore but I have the better friends <3
