Melissa didn't really want anyone with her, but the more she talked with David the more she liked him. For some reason he's face seemed to ring a bell in her head. Like she's seen it before. But she wasn't sure where. They talked a little. As it turned out, they had alot in common. There mothers were both dead, a younder sibling, and David was only one year old then she was. "When did you run away?" MElissa asked him. "A couple years ago" David answered. Melissa noded. "When I got the phone call the matt was 'dead' I was at the dance. It spoiled a perfectly good night" MElissa said. "Did you have a date?" David asked her. "Ya. He was my boyfriend. His name was Josh But since I 'ran away' he'll break up with me. I'm sure. He wasn't very nice anyways" Melissa said. Josh was rude to her. He was only nice to her when other people were around chatting with them. But now, Melissa liked david. Love at first sight. Melissa was now at the beach, were she had come from. She coudl see where her boat was in the sand, but no boat. "I paied $30 for that boat" Melissa moans. "It's the curse" David said. "What?" Melissa said confused. "Your arms" David said. Melissa loked at herh arms. Of course, the tattoo! But the tattoo was now glowed a little. She stared at her arms. Then it hurt and she falls to her knees, her eyes closed tight. It's hurting again. Please stop!! She thought. The pain went away and she opened her eyes. It had stopped glowing. But the tattoo was spreading again. It now covered her chest. What is goign on!?! went through her mind. "I can't go to school like this! My dad is going to kill me!!!" Melissa moaned. "But you can't leave here with the curse apon you" David said "I can't stay here. My friend hayes me because I ran away. Is there any way I can talk to her?" MElissa asked. David thought for a second then said "You can write. But no information about how to get here" he said. Melissa noded and got out her notebook and began writing. When she finished she folded it up and said to David "What do I do with it?" "You now wait. They shoudl be picking up soon" David replied, looking up at the sky. Malissa sighed and sat in the sand. A coupel minutes said "Here it comes" Melissa looked up. A huge bird landed by the water. There was a person on top. Melissa stood up and fallowed David, who was walking to the giant bird. "You got a letter?" the person said. It was a girl's voice. She was wearing a white mask that covered her whole face. The rest of her cloths were black. She had long red hair. But the weird part was, she also had long, gray wings. Melissa noded and handed her the letter. The women noded then put it in a bag. Then the bird with the woman flew off. "W-what was that?" Melissa said. "Her name is Abelinda. She's like the carrier" David said. "I was talking about the bird thingey" Melissa said "Oh, those are called gypsies." David said. Melissa noded slowly. She looked around. It was now almost dark. Man did days go by fast here. Now all the little creatures would start coming out.
