Yes, children.
After a almost a year and a half of having the same avatar, it has been changed.
BUT OMG WHY?! HOW?!
In the beginning, the Gaia avatar system was great. It allowed me to wear a Mod Squad Mask with Brown Fish Eyes on top of them, giving me my now infamous Drakky-Grin that my fellow Gaians have grown to love.
Then, in August of last year, they changed it. The Fish Eyes were demoted a layer, and thus, would appear under the mask that hid my flesh-coloured face.
I was devastated. In order to keep my perfect face, I could not change my avatar and save it onto the new system.
And now!
Now the glorious tattoos have FINALLY been released!
And with them, the perfect solution to my fleshy problem: a black line tattoo'd across the eyes.
No longer will I need the Mod Squad Mask to hide every last inch of skin!
And while my fishy eyes are a bit pixelated looking, the true victory lies in the fact that my avatar is now open to perfect into a Firey Fishy Monster goodness.
.. that, and also, my cult will flourish again..
A SLIGHT VICTORY IS MINE!
