Many people accuse ferrets of biting. This is true of some ferrets of a more wild nature, or ones that have had hard lives, but most ferrets are very good about not biting, if they know you. Ferrets naturaly have a much tougher skin than humans, so if they n they just think it's play and don't mean to hurt you. Just make it clear that when they bite, you don't like it, and they should refine. Don't be mad at them for trying to play with you, that's just mean.
