Chapter 3
"So the Journey Begins"
Oasis looked down at her hand, making a fist formation with it. "Where to begin on this journey..." She thought to herself. She looked around and on the swing where she once sat, was a little black book. Oasis picked it up and saw an entry on the first page.
"Your wish had to do with time, and you don't have but all to waste. Travel east across the broken overpass, which hovers over the wild bay. Be careful, love. This bridge is not safe. I shall meet you when you reach the other side. - Eyes"
Oasis closed the book and stared into the distance passed all of the zombie-like people. She saw the bridge. It looked tremendously dangerous. She took a deep breath and proceeded on her journey. "I can do this... I can.. do this.." She whispered to herself.
The wind blew furiously, and gray skies hovered over the city. The only sounds heard were faint moaning sounds, coming from the town's people, and the gusts of wind. Thunder seemed to have been more popular these days.
Oasis reached the bridge. She looked down at the water, and became tense.
She was so afraid of heights, and she can't swim.
"What did I get myself into...?" She asked herself.
