Okay, Tiago Costa is form Portugal ( eek I know!). So he con't send a fiml into the festivel.

I honestly think that it wasn't Gaia's fault for non-USAers not being able to participate in the contest, i think it was just legal issue.

It's a shame though, Taigo is an excellent filmaker.

Edit on 6/21/06: Because of a new annoucement,ANYONE on gaia can make and submit a film.
