Italian quesadilla Okay, so Mom went to the grocery store a few days ago and I told her I wanted stuffs to make quesadillas. Yesterday I went to make them and the cheese she got me was the kind you use to make mac 'n cheese. I used it anyways, and it tasted very very very very nasty. This morning I really wanted a quesadilla for breakfast and I remembered that I also had some Italian cheeses (I don't know why, but I do) so I used that insead. Surprisingly, it tasted quite good. I hearby claim the Italian Quesadilla as my invention. Don't try making it 'cos it's trademarked biotch.
