I love writing songs (: It's one of my favorite past times. I've written a lot of songs in my days, and here's one of my favorites:

The Future

All around me, everything has ceased to exist
This is the moment, my time has come
My footsteps echo in the hall
As I approach the door, I hear a song
All I can do is cast a nervous glance
And hope that I will make it
The song grows louder with every step
The door is open, I stand in the light

Don't worry

Like a butterfly beating its wings
Is my nervous heart
I try to mask my anxiousness
With a small, bright smile
The time has come

On the path of life
