I actually managed to stay away from him for awhile. Mainly because I did not think he wanted me. I mean he said he couldn't marry me...
So life went on. After the incident my parents decided I should be married. They went out of our caravan and Karo's to find a suitable match. Unfortunately most in the area had heard of the situation and many shunned me because of Karo. Though I was not sure why. It seemed worse than most the times girls had messed up and were shunned. But maybe it was just that it was happening to me this time. I don't know. Either way my parents did find a suitabe husband and introduced us. He seemd very nice and polite. Also he was a leatherman so would be able to aply his trade where ever we went. We went ahead and started the courtship. I did not love him but he was a kind friend. His caravan had also travelled much more than ours and I loved hearing the stories of places I had never been. I would be going off with his family after the wedding. I looked forward to the wedding in some ways.
