The best thing happened to me on Saturday, June 3, 2006.....I got married!

My husbands name is Josh, but on here he's [goth_angel]. It was a gorgeous day for a wedding: the sun was shining, the birds were singing....and probably wondering what happened to all of their birdseed. With how much birdseed was thrown at us, it's a wonder that the birds didn't outright attack us.

And the usual happened: his best man and groomsman attacked his car, and we had the hardest time getting in. In order to get to the reception, we had to take the car. Right now, the only way that you know that there even was a wedding is by the smily faces on the tail lights. That's my brother-in-law for you!

The crazy thing is, though, we've only known each other for a little over a year. His ex-girlfriend basically brought us together. She was trying to get rid of him, and I was looking for a boyfriend, and ta-da! we got together.

Six months later, he proposes and voila! we're married.

No, I'm not pregnant, so don't even ask. We just knew, almost from the start, that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together, and we wanted to make it happen fast.

Sure the road has been a bumpy one, thanks to some people, but that has made our relationship even stronger. Yes, we argue like every couple does occasionally, but that doesn't mean that we hate each other. Quite the opposite, in fact. The little arguements has made our love stronger, if you can believe that.

There's no one else I'd rather spend the rest of my life with than Josh. He's the best thing that has come into my life since my absolute bestfriend in the world, Chivara. She, too, even agrees with me that I've made a nice catch. She also agrees, jokingly of course, that if I hadn't married him, she would have! It's nice to have your bestfriend stand behind you in such a way.
