Recipe for a delicious low-fat smoothie. (strawberry banana)
Ingredients: 1 whole frozen banana 4-5 frozen strawberries 3 Tbs of vanilla yogurt (I use fit & active) 1 cup of orange juice *it's only low-fat if you use low-fat ingredients. 1.) pour orange juice into blender. 2.) add yogurt, strawberries, and banana. 3.) put lid on blender. This is important. If you do not do this, it will go everywhere when you mix it. 4.) mix on medium-high until all the chunks are gone. (unless for some strange reason you like that). 5.) pour into glass ***makes about 3 servings.***
