I remember when I first signed up for gaia....I was recommended by friends and was told that it was a place where you could roleplay and such. I wasn't even aware that what I would get into on this website would have such a great impact on my personal life for better....And for worse. I gained a number of friends, met some enemies, resolved conflicts, made myself look stupid, make myself look intellegent, and etc. I've met people here that have caused me pain and delight and people who manage to do both. This site has affected me in so many ways and some of the friends that I've gained have pulled me from the deepest depths. To those people, I want to say thank you.
To Exotic.Muffin (Now V A R S I T Y `) for showing me kindness and offering me help when I needed it, ultimately helping to bring me from a state of depression, helping to turn me into a "real man" if you must. To Okezawa, for just being there and listening to all the s**t I tell her....And for having the amazing ability to keep her mouth shut and act like I never told her what I did when she sees me at school. To Flame Ninja69, for listenng to me, trying to help me out, being an awesome pal since '04, and still playing "childish card games" with me. To Eddie06 for being able to take a joke and being one of the funniest people I know. And thanks for being my friend since '02. Thanks to [. Ryokumi-chan .] for basically being my best gaia friend and listening to everything I have to say. Thanks to all my other friends outside of the digital plane: Yo-Ko, Seth Kagioto, Solkaza, Trey Alvari, KingPhreeze, Tsuki no Kitsune, Eizel, theseventhsin, Tie My Shoes, and EyeofHora. And thanks to everyone else I consider to be my friend, just for being there and sometimes taking control of a seemingly overwhelming situation.
My inspiration to write this comes from a song. A single song that seems to have altered my outlook on life and make me grateful for everyone who loves me. Appropriately, the song is named "Thank You", and though I can barely understand a word they are saying, (save a select few words) this song still managed to touch me, and I hope it will touch you too. If you're familiar with my profile, you should be familiar with the song....Or, you probably already saw it on my profile...
