I’m shouting! But my voice is so small.

I’m crying! But I’m feeling so weak.
Now I know you can hear me but God, I can’t speak.
Can you see me?
I’m bleeding! My body’s so frail.
I know you can’t see me, my skin’s growing pale.
Can you see me?
I’m slipping! But I’m trying to hold on.
Can you see me?
I’m dying! You can’t ignore this for long.
