Hey everybody, I am writting my journal about the things going on in my life, mentioning anything worth doing so.
Track season, new occurances, and weightlifting...lots of it
Ello' to everybody. I'm back cuz I feel like updating with some good shnaz to tell ppl.

The first thing is that I began and at the time of writing this, finished my in-door track season. I got faster, did lots of weight-lifting, and got some new trackie friends. Plus, I havce found i've become a missionary of sorts to bring ppl over to do track. Ppl in our school seem to think alot of it, since its by far our best team(like over 20 kids qualified for states!) and its the healthiest for you, bar none(anyone who says OTHERWISE...well, say otherwise I guess O,o *shrug*).

Also, since track season for a month or so has finished, my POWER-LIFTING SEASON has started!!! I'm really excited about this(I can be SUCH a jock sometimes -_-;; ) since for a good few straight hours I get to do nothing but lifting and cardio for five days a week at the least! I can already max out 210 lbs roughly on the bench press, and I hope to, by the end of this year move up anouther ten or so pounds before summer begins(my Explosive training regiment during summer.).

Also, i'm very excited to announce i'm taking up a new martial art: Aikido. Basically, you use your opponants force to flip them and get them into a joint-lock and immoblilize them. Its VEEERRRYY different than a style I usually would have chosen, but it was the only think besides TKD(tae-kwon do, which ruins your joints horridly), and jiu-jitsu(just...no. Rolling on the floor and pummeling in my opponants face is cheap, and a flawed system.).

If anyone whatsoever reading this knows what is at least arguably the "hardest"(for those who don't know, most external and power/strength oriented) martial art, PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD msg me!!! I have been wanting to know, and the internet is being very annoying and uncooperative. Anywho, aikido is even more effective when used by a stronger person since that person can use their strength to execute moves faster and joint-lock harder.

Okies, on to other things, I am attempting to get contacts and putting the ******** things in is a b***h!!! I'm okay with moving it along my eye by now, but putting it in, and taking them out are damn near impossible for me at the moment. I'll get it eventually, and if anyone cares, i'm getting the 30-day ones where if I want I can sleep in them and such, which will help me with my pole-vaulting(I won't go off on a tangent on that one since it would be REALLY long. Msg if you wanna know.) and everything else needed for periferal vision.
